Ingredients

  • Basen 2 bowls


  • Oil 1 tbsp


  • Citric acid 1 tspl


  • Haldi 1/2 tsp


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • 1/4 tsp lal mirch


  • 1/2 tsp soda


  • For tadka 1 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp sarson


  • 6 green chilles


  • 6 tsp sugar


  • 2 glass water


  • Lemon 2

Directions

  • In a bowl mix basen ,oil , citric acid , salt ,lalmirch ,haldi ,lal mirch ,soda
  • Add water
  • Make a batter
  • Greece the microwave safe bowl
  • Pour mixture
  • Keep in microwave for 5 minutes on microwave high
  • After 5 minutes keep aside
  • Ler it cool
  • Demold
  • Cut the dhokla
  • Tadka
  • In a pan add oil
  • Add sarson
  • Add water
  • Add green chillies
  • Add sugar
  • Let it boil for 5 minutes
  • Switch off the gas
  • When it is luke warm
  • Add lemon juice
  • Mix well
  • Dip the dhokla
  • In water
  • Nd keep in a plate
