Ingredients

  • Basen 2 bowls

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Citric acid 1 tspl

  • Haldi 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • 1/4 tsp lal mirch

  • 1/2 tsp soda

  • For tadka 1 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp sarson

  • 6 green chilles

  • 6 tsp sugar

  • 2 glass water

  • Lemon 2

    In a bowl mix basen ,oil , citric acid , salt ,lalmirch ,haldi ,lal mirch ,soda

    Add water

    Make a batter

    Greece the microwave safe bowl

    Pour mixture

    Keep in microwave for 5 minutes on microwave high

    After 5 minutes keep aside

    Ler it cool

    Demold

    Cut the dhokla

    In a pan add oil

    Let it boil for 5 minutes
