Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup paneer (cube cut)


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tsp chili paste


  • 1/2 cup onion (dice cut)


  • 1/2cup capsicum (dice cut)


  • 1/4 cup chopped cabbage


  • 1 tbsp soya sauce


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 1 tbsp red chili sauce


  • 1 tbsp sezwan sauce


  • 1/2 cup corn flour


  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour


  • 1 tsp salt for corn flour batter 2 tsp for gravy


  • 2 tsp black paper powder


  • 1 cup Oil for deep fry

Directions

  • Firstly heat oil in a pan for deep fry paneer
  • In a bowl add all purpose flour, corn flour , salt and pinch of black paper powder
  • Add 1/2 of water and make a thick batter
  • Deep paneer pieces in to batter and put in to hot oil
  • Fry till golden brown and crisp
  • Take out paneer to kitchen paper from hot oil once paneer fried.
  • Now heat 2 tbsp of oil in to another pan(you can take 2 tbsp of heated oil too)
  • Add ginger garlic and chili paste
  • Put gas on medium to high speed because Chinese dishes can make on high flame only
  • Add rice cut onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Add capsicum and cabbage
  • You can also add carrot and French beans as per availability.
  • Add salt and black paper powder.
  • Add soya sauce , vinegar , chili sauce and sezwan sauce
  • Mix well and cook for 1 minute
  • Add fried paneer and mix well
  • Cook on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes and serve immediately
