Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cup maida / all purpose flour.


  • 4 tsp khoya


  • 1 tsp sugar or as required


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 tsp ghee

Directions

  • Take the flour and knead a dough
  • Add a pinch salt and knead it .
  • In a pan add ghee and khoya and sugar
  • Stir the mixture until khoya turns soft and sugar melts
  • Divide dough into small balls
  • Roll it into a small roti and stuff in the khoya mixture. Make a dumpling and gently press it.
  • Dust some flour on the rolling board and roll it into a paratha.
  • Heat ghee on a nonstick tawa and cook roti on both side by adding ghee on the sides
  • Serve hot
