1 cup maida / all purpose flour.
4 tsp khoya
1 tsp sugar or as required
1 pinch salt
2 tsp ghee
Take the flour and knead a dough
Add a pinch salt and knead it .
In a pan add ghee and khoya and sugar
Stir the mixture until khoya turns soft and sugar melts
Divide dough into small balls
Roll it into a small roti and stuff in the khoya mixture. Make a dumpling and gently press it.
Dust some flour on the rolling board and roll it into a paratha.
Heat ghee on a nonstick tawa and cook roti on both side by adding ghee on the sides
