2 leg pieces of chicken
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp rosted cumin powder
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/4 tsp sahi garam masala powder
1 pinch red food colour
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp hung curd
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp refined oil
Make the gashes on the chicken pieces.
Except oil and salt add all other ingredients to the chicken pisces.
Mix well, cover and keep refrigerate for 5-6 hours for marination.
After 6 hours keep out from refrigerator, add oil and salt and give rest for 5 minutes.
Place a grill rack on a baking dish and keep the marinateted chicken leg pieces on it.
Place the baking dish into the microwave oven and set 15 minutes time on grill mode.
After 8-9 minutes flip it.
After 15 minutes when the grilling completed, cook for another 10 minutes 180℃ in convection mode.
After 10 minutes, transfer the baking dish to the outside from the microweve and it's ready to serve as an appetizer.
