Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 leg pieces of chicken


  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp rosted cumin powder


  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 1/4 tsp sahi garam masala powder


  • 1 pinch red food colour


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tbsp hung curd


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp refined oil

Directions

  • Make the gashes on the chicken pieces.
  • Except oil and salt add all other ingredients to the chicken pisces.
  • Mix well, cover and keep refrigerate for 5-6 hours for marination.
  • After 6 hours keep out from refrigerator, add oil and salt and give rest for 5 minutes.
  • Place a grill rack on a baking dish and keep the marinateted chicken leg pieces on it.
  • Place the baking dish into the microwave oven and set 15 minutes time on grill mode.
  • After 8-9 minutes of grilling flip it.
  • After 15 minutes when the grilling completed, cook for another 10 minutes 180℃ in convection mode.
  • After 10 minutes, transfer the baking dish to the outside from the microweve and it's ready to serve as an appetizer.
