Mix curd, salt,ginger paste,turmeric powder in rava and make a batter by adding water
Keep it covered for 5 mins
Check the consistency if thick than add water
Ads eno and give a quick stir
Grease the dhokla plate and transfer the batter in it.Sprinkle red chilly powder and garam masala on it
Boil water in the dhokla maker and bake dhokla in it
Take it out when cooked let it cool down and cut in pieces
For tempering heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds,sesame seeds,curry leaves and green chilly and stir it for 1-2 mins and then spread this tempering over the dhokla pieces
Garnish with green coriander and serve with sauce or chutney
