5 all purpose Left over puri or bhatura
1 onion
2 green chillies
5 curry leaves
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Directions
Heat oil and add mustard
Add green chilly, curry leaves and onion
Blend puris coarsely and add into the pan.
Add salt, turmeric powder and mix well
Sprinkle some water and cover
Cover for a minute and serve
