Into a mixer jar take bread pieces, samolina, maida, curd and water, Grind it well to the smooth paste.
Now take bread mixer and add ginger, chilli paste, salt, finely chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander and capcicum, mix all the ingredients well and make thick better.
Take a appe pan, sprinkle little oil and pour better in it, roast it from both the sides till it turns golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney and tomato sauce.
