Make a paste of boiled Rajma
Cut the onion into thin slice
On hot nonstick add onions
Stir it
When it becomes brown switch off the gas
Make a paste of brown onions
Soak cashewnuts on hot water for 1/2 an hour
Grind it
Make a paste of cashewnut
On non stick dry roast all dry masala above mentioned
On cooling make a powder
Galouti masala is ready
Now in a bowl add boiled rajma paste , brown onion paste cashewnut paste ,ghee, galouti masaland riasted basen
Mix well
Make shape of kabab
Now grill it
Or you can cook on nonstick both the sides till golden brown
