Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 4 leftover idli

  • 1 onion sliced

  • 1 curry leaf spring

  • 1 chilly choped

  • 1 tsp tomato sauce

  • 1 tsp soya sauce

  • 1 tsp schezwan sauce

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

Directions

    Heat oil and add mustard

  • 02

    Add onion ,curry leaf a d chillies.

  • 03

    When it turns brown add all sauces and seasoning.

    Take idli and chop it as you like

  • 05

    Add it into the pan and toss it gently

  • 06

    Cook for a minute and gathering with coriander leaves serve hot.
