Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 8 -10 green bharva chilli


  • 1 cup gramflour


  • 1 pinch baking soda


  • 1/2spoon salt or as per taste


  • 1/2 spoon turmeric


  • For stuffing - 2- 3 boiled and mashed potato


  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder


  • 1/2 spoon coriander powder


  • 2-3 green chilli chopped


  • 1/2 spoon dry mango powder


  • 1 spoon chopped coriander leaves


  • 1/2 spoon chat masala


  • 1/2 spoon salt or as per taste


  • 1 cup oil or as per needed

Directions

  • Mix all the filling ingredients and make a dough.
  • Keep aside that dough.
  • Wash the chillies and cut into lengthwise and remove all seeds but not remove stem.
  • Fill them with the prepared potato mixture.
  • Now make a smooth and lump free batter of dropping consistency by mixing gramflour, baking soda, salt, turmeric and water.
  • Dip the stuffed chillies in the batter and deep fry in midium hot oil.
  • Serve with sause or chutney.
