Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Suji 1 cup

  • Curd 3/4 cup

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Boiled potatoes 3

  • Green chilli 4

  • Coriander leaves 1/2 tbsp

  • musturd seeds 1 tsp

  • Oil 1/2 tbsp

  • Onions 2

  • Curry leaves 1/2 cup

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Mix suji and curd .keep it for 10 minutes

    Heat oil add musturd seeds then add chopped onions

  • 03

    Add curry leaves

  • 04

    Add all spices and salt,add boiled mashed potatoes.this is the stuffing.

    now grind suji-curd mix in a mixer or blender by adding little water

    The mix is ready.add little salt in it

    Now heat a tawa/pan .pour a ladle full of mix over tawa

    Close it with a lid.let it cook.

    Turn and cook on other side

  • 10

    Turn again and cook completely

    Place it over the plate.fill in the stuffing

    Fold it on all sides

    Envelopes are ready.enjoy with sause or tamarind chutney.
