Ingredients
Serves 1
2 bread slice
1 tsp clarified butter
1 chopped onion
1 tsp schezwan chutney
1 tsp pepper
1 /2 tsp salt
1 boiled egg
Directions
Apply butter on bread and toast it.
Remove yolk from egg and mash it.
Add onions, salt and pepper.
Apply schezwan chutney to the bread slice and spread yolk mixture.
Place the egg white on top and cover it with another silce. garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot
