Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup chilke wali moong dal


  • 1/2 cup rawa


  • 4 garlic cloves


  • 1 handful coriander leaves


  • 2 green chilly


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 4 tsp oil

Directions

  • Soak moong dal overnight and blend it to smooth paste the next day.
  • Add garlic, salt, coriander and chillies and blend one more time.
  • Add rawa and waterto make dosa consistency
  • Keep it to rest for 15 minutes until rawa,rises
  • Add more water if required.
  • Heat nonstick tawa and pour one laddle of dosa mixture
  • Drizzle some oil on the sides and cook on low flame to ger a crisp crepe.
  • Serve with aloo curry
