2 cup chilke wali moong dal
1/2 cup rawa
4 garlic cloves
1 handful coriander leaves
2 green chilly
1 tsp salt
4 tsp oil
Directions
Soak moong dal overnight and blend it to smooth paste the next day.
Add garlic, salt, coriander and chillies and blend one more time.
Add rawa and waterto make dosa consistency
Keep it to rest for 15 minutes until rawa,rises
Add more water if required.
Heat nonstick tawa and pour one laddle of dosa mixture
Drizzle some oil on the sides and cook on low flame to ger a crisp crepe.
Serve with aloo curry
