Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour


  • 1 tsp ragi flour


  • 2 eggs


  • 1 tsp mustard


  • 1 tsp chopped chilly


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1.5 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1tsp coriander chopped

Directions

  • Take wheat and ragi flour and knead a soft dough by adding some water.
  • Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
  • Add onion and green chilly.
  • Saute till onion turns translucent
  • Add salt, turmeric and coriander leaves.
  • Break eggs and mix well .
  • Cover and cook.
  • Divide dough into small balls . roll into small roti ,stuff in the mixture . make a,dumpling and roll it into a paratha
  • Spread oil on a nonstick pan and cook paratha on both sides.
  • Serve hot
