Take wheat and ragi flour and knead a soft dough by adding some water.
Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
Add onion and green chilly.
Saute till onion turns translucent
Add salt, turmeric and coriander leaves.
Break eggs and mix well .
Cover and cook.
Divide dough into small balls . roll into small roti ,stuff in the mixture . make a,dumpling and roll it into a paratha
Spread oil on a nonstick pan and cook paratha on both sides.
Serve hot
