Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 Cup rava


  • 1 onion finely chopped


  • 1 capsicum chopped


  • 2 carrot grated


  • 5-6 green chilli chopped


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 3 cup water


  • 1 cup oil

Directions

  • Dry roast rava
  • Add 3 cup water,1 tsp oil and all veggies and spices
  • Cook till water absorbed
  • Keep it covered for 2 mins
  • Take it out in plate and make tikki shape
  • Grease tava with oil and place tikkis on it and shallow fry it
  • Serve hot with sauce and green chutney
