Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup Dalia


  • 2 boiled potatoes


  • 2 tbsp boiled peas and carrots(cut into small pieces)


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp origano herbs


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp corn flour


  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Wash daliya and boil
  • Check if boiled then strain the excess water with help of strainer
  • Now add the boiled potatoes, boiled peas and carrots ,rest of the masalas and coriander in the mixture
  • Make small balls of the mixture and flatten them
  • Add water in the corn flour make thick paste of it
  • Heat up a nonstick pan sprinkle some oil
  • Pour 1 tsp corn flour on the flatten balls and sesame seeds on it
  • Shallow fry all the patties on nonstick pan until golden brown
  • Serve hot with salad and mint dip
