Wash daliya and boil
Check if boiled then strain the excess water with help of strainer
Now add the boiled potatoes, boiled peas and carrots ,rest of the masalas and coriander in the mixture
Make small balls of the mixture and flatten them
Add water in the corn flour make thick paste of it
Heat up a nonstick pan sprinkle some oil
Pour 1 tsp corn flour on the flatten balls and sesame seeds on it
Shallow fry all the patties on nonstick pan until golden brown
Serve hot with salad and mint dip
