Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Gramflour 2 cup


  • Baking soda 1 pinch


  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  • Oil 2 tbsp


  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped


  • Green chilli 4


  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp


  • Asafoetida 1/4 pinch


  • Eno 1/2 pack

Directions

  • Take 1 cup of gramflour
  • Add water baking soda and eno
  • Add salt and microwave it for 3-4 minutes after greasing the microwave container
  • Dhoklas are ready
  • After it cools up cut into desired shape
  • Now prepare gramflour paste by adding salt red chilli powder asafoetida chopped green chilli and coriander leaves
  • Dip dhoklas in paste and fry them in hot oil
  • Cook on both sides till golden brown
  • Enjoy with sause or chutney
