Ingredients

  • Paneer 200grms


  • Besan 4tbsp


  • Corn flour 1tbsp


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Turmeric 1tsp

Directions

  • Make a batter of besan and corn flour adding little amount of water.
  • The batter should not be very thick. Add turmeric and salt and mix.
  • Cut the paneers into cubes.
  • Dip into the batter and fry.
