Ingredients

  • Paneer 200grms


  • Corn flour 1tbsp


  • All purpose flour 2tbsp


  • Hung curd 1tbsp


  • Turmeric 1tsp


  • Red chilly powder 1tsp


  • Bread crumbs 1cup

Directions

  • Cut paneer in 2inch size.
  • Marinate paneer with curd, red chilly powder, turmeric and salt for 5 mins.
  • Make a slurry of corn flour and all purpose flour.
  • Dip the marinated paneer into the slurry and roll it into bread crumbs and then fry till golden brown.
