Ingredients

Serves : 9
  • Maida 1 1/2


  • Oil 1 tbsp


  • Ajwain 1 tspn


  • Salt 1 tspn


  • Water 1/2 cup to make a semi sweet dough


  • Oil 2 tbspn for mixer


  • Green chilli 1 chopped


  • Coriander leaves 1 chopped


  • Chat masala 1 tbspn chopped


  • Kashimiri red chilli powder 1 tspn


  • Black salt 1/2 cup


  • Besan 4 tbspn


  • Potatoes 2 large boiled mashed


  • Oil 1 cup for deep fry

Directions

  • Make a soft dough using maida ,ajwain,oil,salt and water
  • Make potatoes stuffed ,take a pan add oil
  • add besan ,add green chilli,potatoes
  • Stir for a while on low medium
  • At this stage add all masala powder (mentioned in INGREDIENTS)
  • Now make small ball of dough
  • With the help of roller flatten the doungh
  • Fill the potatoes stuffed mixture
  • Give a shape of toffee
  • Deep fry your toffee
