Soak choley in hot water for 2 hours.
Drain out the water and let it dry for few minutes.
Add besan and corn flour and make a slurry.
In the same batter add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, chat masala and salt.
Mix it nicely
Add the choley in few quantity in the batter and deep fry them till golden brown.
When all the choley done. Take a pan heat some oil add curry leaves, slited chillies and garlic cloves. Saute for a minute and add to choley. Don't pour the oil.
Now add some chaat masala and salt.
