Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 500 gram chicken

  • 2 spoon ginger - garlic paste

  • 1/2 cup rice flour

  • 2 spoon cournflour

  • 1 spoon salt or as per taste

  • 1/2 cup hung curd

  • 1/2 spoon turmeric

  • 2 spoon kashmiri red chilli powder

  • 1 spoon coriander powder

  • 1 spoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 spoon garam masala powder

  • 1 cup oil for frying

Directions

    Wash the chicken with water.

    In a mixing bowl put all ingredients accept oil and marinate well.

    Keep aside for 1 hrs.

    Now heat a pan put oil and drop the marinated chicken in hot oil and fry them till golden red colour on midium flame.

  • 05

    Take out from the oil and serve with onion julienne and lemon slice.
