3 spoon rice flour
1 onion finely chopped
1 spoon grated ginger
2 -3 green chilli chopped
1/2 spoon salt or as per taste
1/2 spoon turmeric
1/2 spoon red chilli powder
1/2 spoon coriander powder
1/2 spoon chat masala
1/4 spoon amchur powder
2 spoon chopped coriander leaves
2-3 spoon oil for shallow frying
Wash and boil the banana in cookar.
Peel the skin and mashed it.
In a mixing bowl put all ingredients accept oil.
Mix well and make a shape of kabab.
Heat a tawa put little oil and shallow fry these kabab on midium flame until golden brown.
Serve hot with sause or chutney
