Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Cauliflower-1 small ( cut into small pieces)

  • Potatoes-2 ( peeled and cut into long pieces)

  • Capsicum green-1 (cut into cubes)

  • Capsicum yellow-1(cut into cubes)

  • Capsicum red-1 (cut into cubes))

  • Green chilli-3-4 chopped

  • Ginger-1 inch chopped

  • Garlic-4-5 chopped

  • Onion-1 large cut into cubes

  • Chilli sauce-1 tsp

  • Tomato ketchup-2 tbsp

  • Soy sauce-1 tsp

  • Black pepper powder-1 tsp

  • Cornflour-2 tsp

  • Oil-1 cup

  • Salt -1 tsp or to taste

  • Sesame seeds-2 tsp

Directions

    Wash and drain the vegetables and dry with kitchen towel. Add cornflour and 1/2 tsp salt and mix gently.

    Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry cauliflower and potatoes one by one till crisp and golden brown. Drain it on absorbent paper and keep aside.

    Heat 2 tsp oil in an another pan. Add green chilli , garlic and ginger . Saute on high flame. Add onion and bell peppers. Saute a minute Add salt, pepper powder ,chilli sauce,tomato ketchup and soy sauce.

    Mix all fried vegetables into it and mix well. Off the flame.
