Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup chana dal

  • 2 big chopped onions

  • 1cup chopped spinach

  • 3 tbsp gram flour

  • 1/2tsp salt

  • 2 chopped green chilli

  • 1/2tsp red chilli powder

  • 2 cup oil for frying

Directions

    Soak chana dal in enough water for 2 hour

  • 02

    Strain after 2 hour. Grind in a mixer grinder. Add salt ,chilli powder, spinach and onions. Add green chilli and gram flour for binding.

    Mix all together. Give shape of vada snd fry in hot oil. A spicy yet crunchy snack is ready to serve.
