In a pan add 1 tbsp oil, add onions, beans,carrots and capsicum. Saute for 2 minutes. Add boiled peas, and corn. Mix well.mash with potato masher.
put it in a big bowl add mashed potatoes, and green chilli. Mix all the spices together and mix well.add cheese and mix.
In a bowl add cornflour and all purpose flour. Add little salt and water as required to make a thin paste.
Make small lemon size balls with the potatoes mixture. Dip in slurry and coat with bread crumbs. Refrigerate it for 15 minute .
After 15 minute fry in hot oil. Serve hot with ketchup.
