Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 5 paan leaves


  • 10 mint leaves


  • 2 tsp chopped coriander


  • 4 tsp corn flour


  • 6 boiled potatoes


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 cup gulkand


  • As needed Oil for frying


  • As needed Water for boiling

Directions

  • In a pan heat water and boil paan leaves, mint and coriander leaves for 8 mins. Grind them to make paste. In another bowl mash all boil potatoes and mix it with salt, chilli powder, corn flour and paan and other leaves paste and prepare a soft dough.
  • Now take small portion from the above prepared dough, put 1 tsp gulkand on it and try to fold from all side and cover the gulkand.
  • Now using heart shaped cutter cut it.
  • Now pour oil on tava and heat it and place prepared cutlets over it.
  • When it's colour changes to golden brown turn it's side.
  • Once all the cutlets are ready relish them with your favourite dip or chutney.
