  • 5 paan leaves

  • 10 mint leaves

  • 2 tsp chopped coriander

  • 4 tsp corn flour

  • 6 boiled potatoes

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder

  • 1/2 cup gulkand

  • As needed Oil for frying

  • As needed Water for boiling

    In a pan heat water and boil paan leaves, mint and coriander leaves for 8 mins. Grind them to make paste. In another bowl mash all boil potatoes and mix it with salt, chilli powder, corn flour and paan and other leaves paste and prepare a soft dough.

    Now take small portion from the above prepared dough, put 1 tsp gulkand on it and try to fold from all side and cover the gulkand.

    Now using heart shaped cutter cut it.

    Now pour oil on tava and heat it and place prepared cutlets over it.

    When it's colour changes to golden brown turn it's side.

    Once all the cutlets are ready relish them with your favourite dip or chutney.
