Ingredients

  • Hung curd-1cup Paneer-1/4cup Cheese-1/4cup Greenchilu-2 Ginger-1/2tsp Onion-1small Green dhaniya Breadcrumbs-1cup Salt to tasts Oil for fry

Directions

  • Method Chopped onion,green chilli and dhaniya. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.except bread crumbs.
  • Make desired balls
  • Spread bread crumbs in a bowl. Coat balls with breadcrumbs.leave it for 5 minutes.
  • Again roll in breadcrumb and leave for 2 hours in fridge.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry kabab on medium fire.
  • Serve with chutney onion rings.
