1 cup soya
1 cup sprouted green moong dhal
1/2 teaspoon chole masala
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
to taste Salt or 1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon dhaniya powder
50 grams fried gram
as needed Coriander and spring onion for garnish 1 handful
1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 pinch hing
3 teaspoon maida with a pinch of salt
2 slices of bread Bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon jeera

First, soak soya in boiling water with a little salt and soften it and then dry it and squeeze the water and keep it aside. Now add Zero Hing turmeric powder onion in a pan and cook well by adding salt and ginger garlic paste throughout the pinch. Now add Masala and Little water and cook well. Once you add sprouts with salt and cook well.
Remove excess water from the soya and blend it with sprouts to make a. paste in a mixer jar and transfer it to a bowl. Now add fried gram dal powder and mix well.
Make a solution of flour, salt and water, like the batter's batter then make a mixture of kebab and mix the kabab and then dip it in pieces of bread. Keep all ready and fry it for 8 minutes and fry the air for another 5 minutes in 180. Another option is Deep Fry if you do not have Air Fryer.
Serve with salad, lemon and sauce.
