Ingredients

  • Paneer 200grms


  • Hung curd 4tbsp


  • Chaat masala 1tsp


  • Coriander powder 1tsp


  • Cumin powder 1tsp


  • Turmeric 1tsp


  • Garam masala 1tsp


  • Red chilly powder 1tsp


  • Ghee 2tbsp


  • Onion 3


  • Capsicum 2

Directions

  • Cut the paneers, onions and capsicum into cubes.
  • Except ghee mix all the ingredients nicely .
  • Add lemon juice to it.
  • Marinate for 20 minutes
  • Take a skewer and put onions first then capsicum and then paneer. Repeat the process.
  • Not more than 3-4 paneers in it.
  • Heat a pan pour few drops of ghee.
  • Roast the paneers till it becomes little black.
  • Turn the sides and cook .
