Cut the paneers, onions and capsicum into cubes.
Except ghee mix all the ingredients nicely .
Add lemon juice to it.
Marinate for 20 minutes
Take a skewer and put onions first then capsicum and then paneer. Repeat the process.
Not more than 3-4 paneers in it.
Heat a pan pour few drops of ghee.
Roast the paneers till it becomes little black.
Turn the sides and cook .
