1 cup cabbage
1 boiled aloo
2 teaspoon besan
2 teaspoon rice flour
1/2 teaspoon salt or as per taste
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon amchur powder
1 pinch hing
Directions
first dry roast the besan and rice flour with salt and keep aside.
now cook the cabbage with ginger garlic paste and salt then mash the aloo into it
once mixed we’ll mix in the besan and rice flour with sprinkles of water
chill for ten mins shape like kababs and bake in preheated for 10 mins on each side at 180. preheat the airfyer for 10 mins at 180 degrees.
