Chicken 200 grms
Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
Bread crumbs 1 cup
All purpose flour 4tbsp
Chat masala 1tsp
Wash the chicken pieces and drain out the extra water.
Add turmeric,salt, chaat masala and ginger garlic paste.
Mix it nicely and keep it for marination for 30 minutes.
Whisk one egg.
After 30 minutes take chicken pieces dip into egg and then roll it in all purpose flour and bread crumbs and deep fry.
