  • Potatoes 5


  • Corn flour 1tbsp


  • Besan 4tbsb


  • Turmeric 1tsp


  • Red chilly powder 1tsp

Directions

  • Microwave potatoes for 6 minutes.
  • After every 2 minutes stop and turn the potatoes.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  • Mix corn flour and besan turmeric, salt and red chilly powder and mix it nicely.
  • Heat oil in a wok. Dip the potatoes in the besan slurry and fry till light brown color.
  • You can also add some green chilies.
