heat kadai add 2 tablespoon of oil
Add onion and fry for 1 minutes on medium heat
Add grated ginger-garlic and chopped green chilli Saute for 1 minute for medium heat
after frying add tomato and fry for softness
add all masala powder and little bit of water and saute for few minute
then add boiled chickpea and cooked for medium heat for 5 minute
after 5 minute gravy is dry and chickpea and masala is nicely mixed then add Coriendar leaves and mix then transfer the plate
take a large bowl add plain flour, rice flour, salt, baking soda and powder mix well
then add water with constant sirring and avoid lamp formation, the better should be smooth and freely flowing
then heat a frying pan and grace it with oil and then put a ladle full of batter in it
and make the pancake and cook both sides of it
then put the stuffing in it and roll them rightly
now our stuffed chickpea roll is ready
