Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 hardboiled egg

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 2 green chilly chopped

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped

Directions

    Heat oil fry the hardboiled egg and keep it aside.

    In same oil add mustard, chilly and saute

  • 03

    Add onion and salt. Wait until onion shrink.

  • 04

    Add turmeric powder and mix

  • 05

    Break eggs and mix it . cover it with lid.

  • 06

    Cut fried egg into two and mix it in the bhurji

  • 07

    Add coriander and serve hot .
