Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3 eggs


  • 1 hardboiled egg


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 2 green chilly chopped


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric


  • 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped

Directions

  • Heat oil fry the hardboiled egg and keep it aside.
  • In same oil add mustard, chilly and saute
  • Add onion and salt. Wait until onion shrink.
  • Add turmeric powder and mix
  • Break eggs and mix it . cover it with lid.
  • Cut fried egg into two and mix it in the bhurji
  • Add coriander and serve hot .
