Ingredients
Serves 2
7-8 pumpkin flower
1/2 bowl of Rice flour
1/2 bowl of Gram flour
1/4 tsp of turmeric piwder
1/2 tsp of cumin powder
1/4 tsp of red chilli powder
1/2 tsp of garam masala powder
1 tsp of ginger,green chilli paste
1/2-1 tsp of salt
1 -1.5 cup of water
4-5 tbsp of Refined oil
Directions
Wash and clean pumpkin flowers
Now make a thick batter of adding water ,Rice flour,Gram flour,salt,garam masala powder,ginger green chilli paste,turmeric powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder
Mix it well without any lumps
Heat Refined oil into pan
Dip pumpkin flower into batter one by one properly
deep fry it to bothside till its golden colour on medium flame.
Now keep it out from pan
Keep it on tissue paper to absorb extra oil
Its done serve it hot with your favourite chatni or ketchup or green chatni.
