Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 7-8 pumpkin flower

  • 1/2 bowl of Rice flour

  • 1/2 bowl of Gram flour

  • 1/4 tsp of turmeric piwder

  • 1/2 tsp of cumin powder

  • 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder

  • 1 tsp of ginger,green chilli paste

  • 1/2-1 tsp of salt

  • 1 -1.5 cup of water

  • 4-5 tbsp of Refined oil

Directions

    Wash and clean pumpkin flowers

  • 02

    Now make a thick batter of adding water ,Rice flour,Gram flour,salt,garam masala powder,ginger green chilli paste,turmeric powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder

    Mix it well without any lumps

  • 04

    Heat Refined oil into pan

  • 05

    Dip pumpkin flower into batter one by one properly

  • 06

    deep fry it to bothside till its golden colour on medium flame.

    Now keep it out from pan

  • 08

    Keep it on tissue paper to absorb extra oil

  • 09

    Its done serve it hot with your favourite chatni or ketchup or green chatni.
