  • Rice Tikka material : 2 bowls boiled rice 1/2 bowl Rice flour Salt taste 1/4 teaspoon baking soda Materials for Tikka Merrinet: - 1 bowl hung curd Salt taste 1/2 teaspoon chaatmasala 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder 1/2 tsp Mint Powder 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder 4 teaspoon Butter 1 onion cut into square pees 1 Capsicum Chopped in Square 1 tomato Cut the square peak by removing the tomatoes inside

    Method :- Stir soft dough with rice flour, salt, soda and boiled water in a pan which make a little thick band in the length of this dough and cut its square piece Boil water in a vessel, add little oil to it and now add square of rice, keep boiled flame medium After 8-10 minutes, put it in sieve and separate with water Now add onions, tomatoes, capsicum and all the ingredients of Marinate and keep it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes Now heat the pan, keep the flame low to medium and apply all the merinate contents in a seek and rost well in the butter all saide Serve ready tikka with green chutney and salad
