Wash chicken pieces with water and keep in strainer for drain excess water.
Heat oil in a pan on high flame. Now crack cumin seeds till aroma comes out.
Put 2 chopped onion in pan and fry till light pink colour. Now add chicken pieces and fry for 2 minutes .
Add ginger - garlic paste and fry for 5 minutes. It's time to add turmeric powder, chilly powder, black pepper powder, tomato, garlic cloves then stir very well. Now cover with lid, reduce flame on low heat and cook it for 10 minutes. Stir several times while cooking.
Increase heat on medium. Add green chillies, baby onion, salt and stir well. Collect all baby onion pieces in bottom then cover it with chicken pieces and fry for 3 minutes or till onion ceremelized. Switch off the gas stove.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and stir once. Serve hot as a snacks item. It could be served with mocktails and cocktails
