Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 2 cup bajra flour

  • 5 tsp sour curd

  • 1.5 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 3 cup water

Directions

    Whisk curd and make buttermilk

  • 02

    Add the flour and blend it.

  • 03

    Keep it overnight .

  • 04

    Next day , heat water in a vessel and bring it to boil.

    Add salt and add the mixture in small portions and stir continously to avoid lumps

  • 06

    Cook until the mixture thickens

  • 07

    Add cumin seeds and serve hot
