Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 cup bajra flour.


  • 5 tsp sour curd


  • 1.5 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 3 cup water

Directions

  • Whisk curd and make buttermilk
  • Add the flour and blend it.
  • Keep it overnight .
  • Next day , heat water in a vessel and bring it to boil.
  • Add salt and add the mixture in small portions and stir continously to avoid lumps
  • Cook until the mixture thickens
  • Add cumin seeds and serve hot
