Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 g cauliflower florets medium size


  • 2 cup gram flour


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 2 cup oil for frying


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

Directions

  • Take enough water in a kadai and bring it to boil
  • Add salt , turmeric and cauliflower and blanch it
  • Take all the ingredients in a bowl and make a thick batter by adding some water
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Take the florets and dip it in the batter ,coat evenly and deep fry until golden and crisp.
  • Remove excess oil and serve hot
