2 cups thin flattened rice/ poha
2 cup puffed rice / murmura
1 handful peanuts
3 tsp sliced dried coconut
4 green chilly chopped
1-2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 onion thinly sliced
2 tbsp oil
2 springs of curry leaves
4 tsp chana dal
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry onion until brown n crisp. remove it on tissue paper.
Deep fry chillies until it becomes brown n crunchy.There should not be any moisture left
Fry peanuts , chana dal and remove.
Fry coconut abd curry leaves until crisp and remove.
Now in one pan roast murmure , poha and keep aside.
Now add turmeric and sugar . Toss gently.
Add all the ingrediebts into the chiwda and mix gently.
Let it cool and store in an air tight container
