Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup suji bambino vermiceli


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 tomato chopped


  • 1 green chilly


  • 1 tsp mustard


  • 5 Curry leaves


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 pinch sugar


  • 1 tso grated ginger


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Heat oil and add mustard.wait until it splutter.
  • Add chilly , curry leaves and ginger
  • Add onion and saute til it becomes soft
  • Add tomato and wait until it turns mushy
  • Add salt, turmeric and saute.
  • Add vermiceli and saute for a minute.
  • Add water and cover till it is cooked
  • Add sugar, lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
