Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Thinly sliced 3 bittergourd


  • 1.5 tsp salt


  • 6 cashews


  • 1 tsp ghee


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 1 cup oil for frying

Directions

  • Add some salt to thinly sliced bitter gourd
  • Let is rest for 5 minutes,and then trasfer on paper napkin to soak the excess water
  • In a pan add ghee and fry cashew nuts until golden
  • Heat oil and deep fry sluced bittergourd until crisp.
  • Remove on a paper napkin and then serve on a plate , top with cashews, add some salt and pepper and toss gently.
  • Eat immediately and store in an airtight jar.
