Thinly sliced 3 bittergourd
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp ghee
1 tsp pepper powder
1 cup oil for frying
Add some salt to thinly sliced bitter gourd
Let is rest for 5 minutes,and then trasfer on paper napkin to soak the excess water
In a pan add ghee and fry cashew nuts until golden
Heat oil and deep fry sluced bittergourd until crisp.
Remove on a paper napkin and then serve on a plate , top with cashews, add some salt and pepper and toss gently.
Eat immediately and store in an airtight jar.
