Ingredients

  • chicken pieces 500 grams

  • finely chopped onion 3 to 4

  • finely chopped tomato 4 to 5

  • Slit green chilli 2

  • white oil 4 tablespoon

  • cinnamon stick 1

  • ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon

  • salt 1 tablespoon

  • red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • turmeric powder 1 teaspoon

  • coriander powder 1 teaspoon

  • Shahi garam masala powder 2 pinch

  • tomato sauce 2 tablespoon

  • dry red chilli 1

  • ccumin seeds 1 teaspoon

  • water 3 cup

Directions

    firsttly heat oil in a kadai

    add whole Garam Masala, cumin seeds and dry red chilli saute for few seconds

  • 03

    then add sliced onion and cook till the get soft

  • 04

    add ginger-garlic paste and saute well to get rid of raw smell

  • 05

    add chopped tomatoes mix well and cook for few minutes

  • 06

    add chicken pieces and roast them well for few minute

  • 07

    after few minutes at salt to test, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and tomato sauce mix everything well

    Cover the lid and cook the chicken for about 10 minutes on medium heat

    after 10 minutes add water and mix

    copper the lid and cook for until chicken is nicely cooked

    chicken is nicely cooked and gravy is thick then add black pepper powder and garam masala powder, mix everything

    then switch off the flame and transfer the chicken in a bowl

    Sarve hot with Roti or rice
