firsttly heat oil in a kadai
add whole Garam Masala, cumin seeds and dry red chilli saute for few seconds
then add sliced onion and cook till the get soft
add ginger-garlic paste and saute well to get rid of raw smell
add chopped tomatoes mix well and cook for few minutes
add chicken pieces and roast them well for few minute
after few minutes at salt to test, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and tomato sauce mix everything well
Cover the lid and cook the chicken for about 10 minutes on medium heat
after 10 minutes add water and mix
copper the lid and cook for until chicken is nicely cooked
chicken is nicely cooked and gravy is thick then add black pepper powder and garam masala powder, mix everything
then switch off the flame and transfer the chicken in a bowl
Sarve hot with Roti or rice
