Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 pomegranate peeled and deseeded


  • 2 medium red ripe tomatoes sliced


  • 1 large orange peeled and deseeded


  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)


  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt


  • 2 pinch chaat masala


  • 1 cup Ice cubes or as required


  • 2 Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Directions

  • Add the pomegranate seeds, orange, and tomato slices and crushed ice in a blender or a juicer, purée them with little water.
  • Strain through a fine-meshed sieve pressing the purée with the back of a large spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
  • Add, lemon juice, black salt, chaat masala to the collected juice and mix well.
  • Serve over lots of ice cubes and garnish with a mint sprig.

  • All fruits should be ripe and fresh. Seasoning can be adjusted according to the taste.
