Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • oats powder 4 tablespoon


  • wheat flour 8 tablespoon


  • baking soda 1 pinch


  • salt 1 teaspoon


  • white oil 1 tablespoon


  • Nigella seeds 1 teaspoon


  • boiled noodles 1 small bowl


  • chopped onion 1 medium size


  • Julian cut carrots 1 cup


  • Julian cut broad beans 3 tablespoon


  • chopped deseeded tomato 2 tablespoon


  • ginger-garlic and 1 dry red chilli paste 1 teaspoon


  • soya sauce 1 tablespoon


  • vinegar 1 tablespoon


  • tomato sauce 1 teaspoon


  • roasted peanuts 50 grams


  • crushed black paper 1 teaspoon


  • Salt 2 pinch


  • cooking oil for deep fry 200 grams

Directions

  • in a bowl add oats powder, wheat flour,little bit of salt, baking soda, nigella seeds and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
  • mix it well
  • now need by adding water gradually
  • Dough is ready then cover the lead and rest 30 minute
  • take a frying pan add 2 tablespoon of oil on medium heat
  • add chopped onion and saute for 1min
  • then add ginger garlic and dry Chilli paste and fry for one minute on medium heat
  • add all vegetables and a pinch of salt Saute for 3-4 minutes till vegetables tender a bit
  • then add boiled noodles, salt to taste, crushed black pepper, soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, fried peanut's and suate for a minute on high flame
  • then stuffing is ready switch off the flame and cool down
  • Take the dough made for covering and divide it into four equal pieces
  • take one piece and Roll It thin and shape should be circle
  • cut the big circle into two semicircle
  • deep index finger in a small bowl of water and draw a line with watered finger on the area wich you need to stick
  • stick it and cone shape is ready
  • add 2 tblsp of stuffing inside the cone
  • use a little water a make area moisture and stick the two flaps together with your fingers making 4-5 small pinch markes on that side
  • Repeat this for all the samosa
  • heat oil for deep frying on medium heat
  • slow and put samosa in oil for frying
  • one side fry then turn turn out to Other Side
  • fry for medium heat 4 to 5 minutes
  • then remove the oil and keep a side
  • now our hot and yummy Chinese oats Samosa is ready
